Email Security Customer Setup

Welcome to Email Security! A customer admin who has been onboarded to Email Security by their MSP and received their login credentials can follow the information here to connect and configure their account.

Before following the steps below, answer the following:

• Do you use Link Lock as part of your SpamTitan service?

  • Yes?: Link Lock must be disabled in SpamTitan to allow Email Security to process mail accurately.

    See Disable Link Lock in SpamTitan.

Once you’ve answered the questions above, follow the steps below to connect and configure your account.

1. Log into Email Security.

2. Update your Security Settings.Update your Security Settings

3. Connect to Microsoft 365.

4. Add a Non-Delivery Report Email Address.

5. Add a Journaling Rule.

6. Deploy TitanHQ for Outlook.
