SpamTitan Customer Setup

Welcome to SpamTitan! A Customer Admin can follow this video or the steps below to start filtering email.

1. Log into SpamTitan.

2. Update your Security Settings.

3. Add your domain(s).

4. Test connectivity to your mail server.

5. Edit your Domain Policy and Enable Quarantine Reports.

6. Change your MX records.

   Important

   After changing your MX records, it is recommended you verify email flow through SpamTitan to your mail server before proceeding to the next setup step to lock down your mail server.

7. Lock down your mail server.
