Adding Link Lock Exemptions

Important

Link Lock is enabled or disabled at the Customer level (default: enabled).

Link Lock settings are also edited and managed at the Customer level.

Settings are not inherited from the MSP level.

You can create exemptions to exclude URLs from Link Lock by adding them to an allowed URLs list. This can be done at the MSP and customer levels. Follow the steps below to create a Link Lock exemption.

1. Go to Configuration > Link Lock at the customer level and select the Exemptions tab.

2. Select Add and the Allowed URL window displays.

   • Allowed URL: Enter the URL you want to be exempt from Link Lock.

   • Comments: Add optional comments about this allowed URL.

3. Select Add.
